Create and organize a report
Create a project for one walkthrough, then add a finding for each issue or completed check. Each finding can include an area, details, assignee, priority, status, captions, and several photos.
Add photos
Open a finding and choose Take photo or Photo library. ProofList requests camera access only after you choose the corresponding action, while the system photo picker exposes only images you select. Imported images are normalized for dependable report output, and the stored image data remains local inside the app.
Build and share a PDF
Open a project and tap the report button in the top-right corner. Wait for the preview, then choose Share PDF report. You can save the file to Files or send it through another app available in the iOS share sheet.
If sharing fails, first confirm the device has enough free storage and that the destination app accepts PDF files. Your project remains in ProofList even when a share action is cancelled.
Restore ProofList Pro
- Confirm the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- Open ProofList Settings.
- Open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchase while connected to the internet.
Restoring does not charge you again.
Back up or import editable projects
Open Settings and choose Export project backup. Pick Files, iCloud Drive, or another destination you control. The JSON backup contains editable project fields, findings, captions, timestamps, and the photo copies stored by ProofList.
Choose Import project backup to add projects from a ProofList backup. Import does not replace or delete projects already on the device, so importing the same file more than once creates additional copies. A project backup can contain confidential client and site information; protect it according to your own security requirements.
Local data and deletion
ProofList has no account, automatic backup, or developer cloud workspace. Deleting the app can remove its projects and stored photo copies from the device. Export an editable project backup and save important PDF reports somewhere you control before deleting ProofList or replacing a device.
Integrity manifest
ProofList Pro can add a SHA-256 digest for every stored image to the final PDF. A changed image produces a different digest. This is a technical reference, not a legal certification or guarantee of admissibility.
